You will have an opportunity to visit a traditional Manyatta as Karamojong homesteads. This visit will allow you to gain insight and participate in daily activities, such as herding cattle, witness the contrast of handcrafts, enjoy traditional songs, stories, dances, a market visit, and animal kraals.
Meet and greet our safari guide at Entebbe International Airport, and later we will transfer you to your booked hotel in Entebbe. Check in, receive a briefing, and if time allows, you may either visit the bank to change your money into shillings so that you may use it to pay for small bills in some of the local markets during the trip.

Have an early morning breakfast and set off to Jinja, following the east direction. Check in at Jinja Backpackers, have lunch, and get ready for an adrenaline rafting experience on the longest river in the world. Enjoy the sunset on the Nile, and later retire back to the hotel for
dinner.
Enjoy your early morning breakfast before departing towards the far east on the slopes of the beautiful Mt. Elgon, which will welcome you with a mountain breeze. You will check in at the hotel, have lunch, and later in the afternoon, dive into a coffee tour experience, a sundown walk, and return to your hotel for dinner.
Sipi Falls is arguably the best hiking destination and is endowed with three series of beautiful waterfalls that will durably last four hours. Have an optional lunch at Endiro Sipi and load up the bags into the vehicle for Pian Upe wildlife viewing in the evening, and later spend the night at Pian Upe basic Guesthouse.
The beautiful contrast of Karamoja awaits your discovery. Explore the authentic tribe singing traditional songs, dances, storytelling, and a community visit that shall be waiting for you after checking in. Have lunch, and the late afternoon will be a community visit combined with a market visit.
After your ideal breakfast, you shall depart for Soroti for a relaxing time. Lay back and enjoy a swimming pool at THE SPARROW HOTEL, sunbathe, and enjoy a relaxing evening.
After breakfast, you will embark on a short drive to Kumi to the preserved ancient historical site and witness the ancient painting patterns that are attached to the rich history of the great painters of that time. Then, after driving off, have lunch in Mbale or Jinja, then continue to Entebbe as a sign-off to our 7-day Eastern Uganda Adventure.
